Sponsorship Request

Are you requesting sponsorship for a team, organization, or special event? Please fill out the short form below to let us know what you are requesting and any further action that is needed regarding your sponsorship.

Form must be submitted three weeks before your deadline to allow us time for approval, process funds if approved and create any graphics and artwork needed.

If you have a sponsorship form from your organization that needs to be filled out by us, please email a scanned copy of the form to info@canvasfl.com.
